To turn upside down/ upside down - переворачивать/перевернуть (imperf/perf) вверх ногами; or ...вверх дном or ...вверх колесами etc. - use which is more appropriate. Or even ...вверх тормашками (fits any situation, but informal).

to draw - too many meanings. Name one

to cut - резать/отрезать

an orange - апельсин (fruit)
fruit - фрукт
meat - мясо
to lift - поднимать
to work out - справляться/справиться, добиваться/добиться - too many meanings

to seperate - разделять/разделить, отделять/отделить

illeagal/illicit - нелегальный, незаконный

to collect (habitually) - собирать, коллекционировать

to collect (knowledge/ probly the same / probly not ) - either the same, but there are many more appropriate words in each situation, e.g. to collect knowledge - узнавать. "Собирать знания" is formally correct but rarely used.

to electricute (whatever) - ??? generally, any word from electro- has an equivalent with электро-, e.g. electricity - электричество; electric - электрический

to spell - many meanings; (magic): колдовадь, заклинать; (writing): no word, just писать (to write). In Russian you almost never hear something like "how do you spell it?"

to flip - no such word, depends on the action itself. Name one
electricity - электричество, см. выше.
sideways - на боку, боком
to store - хранить (most general meaning)
to rip/ tear - рвать (to tear off - отрывать/оторвать)
to break (somones) a heart - ранить/поранить сердце. sounds lofty
a pedestrain(s) - пешеход(ы)
to respect - уважать

To put up with - терпеть, мириться

To seperate - резделять/резделить, этделять/этделить

and for "to spell" uhm... "how do you spell this word" russians don't say that?

Sure we don't. We say Как это слово пишется/произносится? It depends on act of writing or saying.

to draw a picture - рисовать картинку (картину)
to draw a hippo out of a swamp - тянуть (тащить) бегемота из болота.

Look:

to draw a picture: рисовать картину (literally 'to paint'), or, more professionally, писать картину (lit. 'to write')
to draw a drawing - чертить чертёж
to draw a net - тянуть (тащить) сеть ('to pull')
to draw attention - привлекать внимание ('to attract')
to draw tears - вызвать слёзы ('to cause')
to draw air - всасывать (втягивать, вдыхать) воздух ('to suck' (гусары, молчать! ), 'to inhale')
to draw a checque - выписать чек ('to write out')

...and many more. In a word, there are no such general words in Russian like 'draw', 'get' etc. (well, they are, but with only one or two meanings). There are many more words of certain specific actions, which are used when appropriate.

and flipping... is the act of turning somthing upside down.

OK, переворачивать/перевернуть. But this word means just 'to turn' as well (not always; not in the meaning 'to rotate'; e.g. to turn pages - переворачивать страницы).

That sounds even more lofty. In English it's a fairly common phrase. Honestly I can't think out a really appropriate translation.

Mne nado nado bil viuchit 2-3 ctranitsi "Telefon" v moem klasse.

I was referring to Репка before, but telefon is better.

oh yea, how do you say "wheel" or, "wheels" for a car. like in brat dva, he steals that car and then he burnes out, and then he runs into the room and says "Ham nada novie ... (wheeles)"
