Identify language help

Hi there. I'm new here... my friend challanged me to ID this language:

My guess is that it's Uzbek? Am I correct? Or is it impossible to tell one Cyrillic form from another?

Yes, Mongolian. They use Cyrillic with two additional letters from 1940s. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongolian_writing_systems
