hi, i need help.....
i need the following (english) language translated to russian it is a letter that i have to mail in the ver immediate future....

hello how are you i am great life is really hard here in florida on july first i have to take depostions on mike johnson i am not to happy and not really willing to go i have to relive everything that happened and i would rather forget and move on.
my dad has been pretty bad as of lately i think as he is getting older he is becoming more abusive.
my sister has given a really bad attitude the last few days, i cannot be sure when i will ever be happy.
i truly believe that i was happier in the group home than i am here.
well i hope you and your family are all doing well i havn't had much time to call you and the depositions are why.
i hope you can find the time to write me back.

Maybe that would be better. Im not sure. According to a dictionary I use:

to make a deposition — давать показание

to take a deposition — брать показания под присягой

And in the original it said "i have to take depostions on mike johnson", so I just went by that.

My guess on this is:
В последнее время мой папа был очень плохо.

You need the person feeling the feeling in dative.

моему папе былo плохо. - It was bad to my father.

Just like when talking about yourself:

If you say "я жарко", it means you are literally "hot", as in hot to the touch.

But if you say "мне жарко", it conveys the meaning that you feel hot, and you are not physically hot.

OK, my attempt.
It's the court depositions that are mentioned, right?
