There's no point in translating it, because there's no much sense, just a few expletives, which mostly don't have an exact equivalent in English.
His frustration is boiling over as his brother has been dealt a serious blow on the head during a fight being watched on TV. It doesn’t matter what words are used, he’s just outraged, and among other things calls his brother’s opponent a f*g or whatyoucallthem.
How do you like them? It sends shivers down my spine seeing them fight, isn't it impressive?
