We have a word "космополитический" in Russian, but people almost don't use it in regular life. But if you are writing an article for a media - go ahead and use it.
... один из крупнЕЙШИХ ... And I'm not quite sure about "интернациональных", perhaps "многонационалных". Or just "космополитических". Frankly, it is not clear what exactly is meant by "cosmopolitan" in the original text. That sounds like hype, so is best translated with the same hypey Russian counterpart.

My translation is word for word, so probably not correct but i thought i'd give it a go anyway. :)
Howbout:
I don't think you can say «один из наибольших», you need to use the самый construction. Also you need the G.Pl. after «с десятью».
Бомбей -- один из самых космополитических городов мира, имея более чем десять [or: с десятью] миллионов жителей.
Possibly и в нём живёт более чем...
Use "иметь" very carefully - this word has also another meaning in russian - "to have sex", "to have a rape session". IMHO the best translation is "Бомбей является одним из самых многонациональных городов мира с населением более чем 10 миллионов жителей" this is in an official style or "Бомбей - один из самых многонациональных городов мира, в нем живёт более чем (or более) 10 миллионов жителей" - this is more colloquial.Quote:
