Help with a translation for a birthday

Hi,

If anyone would be so kind to translate the following poem I wrote a birthday present. I've only been at Russian for three months, and have not the skill to do it with speed.

Always remember this most special day
The love that surrounds and wishes you well
Eighteen years are a magical display
That come but once no matter wish or spell

And when eighteen has made treble the pay
Once Time has revealed all it has to tell
Recall all that has been true to you
And all your days will be as beautiful

Well you will have a problem. Because the poem will either lose rhyme, or meaning.

Here is my attempt at the first paragraph.

Всегда помни этот самый специальнее день
Любовь, которая окружает и желает тебя хорошо
Восемнадцать лет - волшебный вид
что прибывают/прибудут только однажды раз независимо от желание или обаяние

Помни всегда сей прекраснейший миг
Любовь, что вокург и добра пожеланья
Твои восемнадцать - чарующий лик
Что раз лишь приходит, помимо мечтанья


И вот когда годы возьмут уж свое
И сделает Время былое известным
Лишь вспомни ты самое верное все
И все твои дни станут cказкой чудесной
