I've signed up to Rhinospoke and sometimes I listen to English speakers. But I cannot speak myself, I have awful diction. Sorry. :pardon:
Re: Help people who study Russian.............
But what is going on with "изучающим"?? I can't even find it in a conjugation table... http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%D0%B8...B0%D1%82%D1%8C
I started writing "Помогите люди которые изучают....." :upset:
Then I realised I was probably doing a rather bad direct translation and I got confused about how to say "Russian language" after that sentence anyway... and gave up...

люди, которые изучают = люди, изучающие or just изучающие, it's a participle.

Изучающий (nom. sing.) - изучающим (dat. pl.) is a participle derived from verb изучать (to study). In Rusian a participle can play the role of a noun and even can become a subject. In my example "изучающим" stands for "людям, изучающим" but it would be redundant information (because who, except humans, can learn the language? :) ) It's not incorrect, but slightly err... overweight, I think.
On the other side such constructions (when a participle takes place of a noun) often seem a little too formal. That's the question of balance, IMO.
