    Как перевести "My earphone is all tangled up."??

    No, you don't. It's just for emphasis.

    And you can also say it this way:

    У меня провод (от) наушника запутался.
    Please correct my mistakes if you can, especially article usage.

    It was just my not-native version. What is the exact meaning of "all" in "My earphone is all tangled up"?

    It's simply used for emphasis. You could also say "My earphones are tangled up".

    Oops, I wasn't paying proper attention.

    I think "all" in the original sentence is for emphasis as well, so in Russian you should use "весь", "совсем", or "полностью".

    У меня провод (от) наушника весь запутался.
    or
    У меня провод (от) наушника совсем запутался.
    or
    У меня провод (от) наушника полностью запутался.


    P.S. Or "Совсем запутался ср**ый провод, твою м**ь!"
