1. Have to
1.1 Present tense
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “нужно/надо” or:
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен/должна/должно” or:
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “приходится” (used with long regular actions)
I have to go — Мне нужно идти | Я должен идти
She has to work — Ей надо работать | Она должна работать | Ей приходится работать
1.2 Past tense
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “нужно было/надо было” or:
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен был/должна была/должно было” or:
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “приходилось/пришлось” (imperfective/perfective)
We had to study — Нам нужно было учиться | Мы должны были учиться | Нам приходилось учиться | Нам пришлось учиться
I had to stay at home — Мне нужно было остаться дома | Я должен был остаться дома | Мне приходилось оставаться дома | Мне пришлось остаться дома
1.3 Future tense
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “нужно будет/надо будет” or:
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен буду/должна буду/должен будет/должна будет/должно будет” or:
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “придётся”
You will have to wake up early — Тебе надо будет рано проснуться | Ты должен будешь рано проснуться | Тебе придётся рано проснуться
2. Must
2.1 Present tense
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен”
You must run — Ты должен бегать/бежать
Bill Gates must die — Билл Гейтс должен умереть
2.2 Past tense (hm, how do I say “must” in past tense?)
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен был/должна была/должно было”
Билл Гейтс должен был умереть
2.3 Future tense (the same)
Noun/pronoun in Nominative + “должен буду/должна буду/должны будем/должен будешь/должен будет/должна будет” etc.
Ты должен будешь перевести этот текст
3. Should
For this you can use any of the rules mentioned above or:
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “следует” for Present tense and
Noun/pronoun in Dative + “следовало” for Past tense
The kid should be more careful — Ребёнку следует быть более осторожным

Tu-160 did not mention in his explanation about perfect and imperfect verbs and verbs of motion which follow the modal verb. Anyway, his rules are well enough especially "Bill Gates must die!". :D
