Hi Russian friends

I am from Belgium and i bought a game wich calls "The LOngest Journey"

Much to my surprise i saw (to late) that this is probably a Russian version...anyway cyrillian..


It is on the other site English spoken.

So on the hand of some pictures i hope you can tell me if there is a possibility to change it into English

Can somebody help me

Most probably no.
You can check whether the setup program offers to choose a language. Explore the cover and contents of the CD for the word "English"

Look for this label on the cover:

(Russian and English version) If no - you're unlucky - you have the Russian version only.

Look on the bright side - you can begin to learn Russian here

On the screens you've shown I see nothing, that can change the language.

On the last screenshot, there is an option called "ОПЦИИ" - Options.
Maybe there is something there.

I think пан (pan) means to adjust the screen. Pan left, pan right.

красть means to steal, plunder, pilfer

Or if you want, just take screenshots of the ENTIRE game and people here will translate it for you.

Just to point out the obvious: any decently designed game would include a way to view the language options in their native tongue -- you shouldn't have to navigate a complex series of menus to find that button to click, and then it should say something like "Para Espanol, En Les Frenches, Ching-tong-Tay-schen-Kong, In English, В Русском" (OK, so I made those up, but you get the idea).

Allthough it is a very beautifull language... i cant read y and i dont understand either

I' ve been studying the verbs and after a very difficult analisation i found this...




So now i would like to thank all of you for the help you gave me!!

And now i am going to play the game

nasdrovia ( the only word i know) written as i speak it out
