I dont know what the guy in the car is saying, but I think the girl then says

Then when the guy meets the girl, I cant work out what she says, but I think the guy says "ну прости, это тебе "

Can anyone tell me if I'm correct or not, and tell me what they say from 0:00-0:42?

I can't understand what is sung in the background vocals. It's not Russian, just bla-bla-bla sounds :)
