It is common knowledge that everyone is capable of learning a
language since we all speak at least one language, our native tongue.
It is just a matter of time, patience and dedication.

Communication is one of life's necessities. We all rely on each other to
survive, therefore without communication the world would be chaos.

Все знают что язык может выучить каждый, так как мы все говорим, по крайней мере, на одном языке, нашем родном. Просто на это нужно время, терпение и усердность.

Общение - жизненно необходимо людям (Общение - это одно из важнейших нужд человека - closer to original, but does not sound proper in Russian). Мы нуждаемся друг в друге для выживание, поэтому без общения мир бы превратился в хаос.

Общеизвестно, что язык может выучить каждый, так как все мы говорим, по крайней мере, на одном языке, нашем родном. Все это лишь вопрос времени, терпения и усердия. Общение это жизненная необходимость. Мы все полагаемся друг на друга в борьбе за существование. Так что без общения мир превратился бы в хаос.

I would have posted my attempt at the translation.
But I knew that there were too many mistakes to have any real value.
Unfortunately, I was correct in my assumption.
