In the last sentence I'm not sure in the meaning of the word "moods" is it just mental feeling in plural or is it some kind of whim?

By the way, it says in the last sentence 'to accomplish tasks' rather than 'to decide them', you seemed to have used the word "reshat" instead which as far as I know means to decide, right? Or can it also mean to accomplish? :\

Yes "решать" means both: to decide and to accomplish as well as to solve (problems) etc. You can also use "выполнять" The last sentence can be translated like this
