It's a poem, here's a rough translation:
I want to give you a mysterious cover of night, to spread my soul's flower meadow under your feet. Azure spring sky dreams only about embracing you. A rustle of carefree leaves will help to guard your sleep. Just a tender warbling of the nightingale will wake you in the morning. Nobody could love and cherish you more than me!
Sorry for my clumsy English. :)

Yes,very sweet and lovely message.
Anyway,how to reply her in Russian ( Latin phrases )
I want to say:
I'm also the same,cherish and love you but I will do it forever.

You had to translate it yourself, you know. That was what she wanted in the first place. ;)

lestwi ....
//sarcasm mode on.//
Next time try to do her a favor and write in your native language in her native alphabet, as she did, so that she can't use online translators, like
"тханк ыоу, и вас жеры импрессед анд плеасед витх уоур мессаге. сее 'ыа"
or like
" И"м алсо тхе саме, цхерисх анд ложе ыоу бут И вилл до ит форежер. "
//mode off//
I personally think that using transliterated Russian is a possible in conversation between people who know langluage on intermediate level at least that can resolve ambiguites arising from it and for the only puprose - if there are permanent technical difficulties with typing or reading cyrillic ont the other end. Other will be unable even to use dictionary and will have to resort to 3rd party help.
e.g.
zwetow - pod nogi twoi postelit'.Lazurnoe
z here used as ц in цветов, and з in лазурное
bespechnoi twoi lestwi
final i - й и and ы resp.
e.t.c.

In such case, inversion will be very useful for expressing the feelings... like this:
Я буду ждать тебя всегда...любовь моя...
