Thread: assignment

With the term assignment and assigned life insurance contract in insurances we mean: that in case of death of the insured the insurance capital will go to bank instead of the family of the insured. Simply: the beneficiary of the contract is the bank that gave a loan to the insured.
How is called this contract in russian?
