    Am I missing something?

    Hello everyone,

I have a question about a sentence on someone's личная карта. It says:

    Личные карты учащихся в 1-4 классах ведутся учителями в 5-11 (12-классными руковолителями).

As I understand it, the personal form of students in years 1 through 4 are made by their teachers, but I don't understand the rest. Am I missing a part of the sentence here?

Thank you so much in advance.
    Mieke

Personal forms of students at years 1-4 are maintained by their teachers, at years 5-11(12) - by their tutors.

The difference is that in Russian school students of 1-4 have only one teacher for all lessons, while later they attend many teachers and only one of them is the tutor of the group.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

Меня больше интересует, что такое "личная карта учащегося"? Это какое-то российское нововведение?

Thank you, it-ogo! I already hoped it would be a missing comma .
Dmitry, apparently it's a form on which everything about a student's schooling is mentioned. Grades, transfers to another school, ...
