Well, I don't know what to say. I want to say thanks to the Academy, to Mama, to Papa and to my dog. I love you all.
In English, the translation makes best sense if "уж кто-кто" is translated as "Of all people".
But I am curious, how did E-Learner [or the respondents] know that Г. refered to Hermione of HP fame?

1. You have already asked a similar question in another thread, and pointed out the book your question was about.
2. I had read this book, as well as some of its sequels, and the phrase "Г. никогда бы не нарушила" immediately reminded me of Hermione Granger. She was always making such a fuss about breaking rules.
