    1. очень красивые перила
("перила" are plural and they don't have singular form)
    2. Maybe I do not understand question... But yes, it is act of "целовать".

In Greek we have the word προσκυνώ that Wikipedia translates as Стояние на коленях (коленопреклонение).
But in Greek it does not have just this meaning.
    The Greek-Russian dictionary says:
    поклоняться, преклоняться
But for me it doesn't make sense for the context exhibited in the pictures.
For example: Christians kiss the icons when they enter the church
For Example / Magdalena and Jesus: "As she stood behind him at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them".
In Greek in these cases we don't say "kiss" (in kiss there is mainly erotic connotation). I thought it was the same in Russian.
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.
