Thread: оранжевое настроение

i heard this a few times and then the radio lady just said it and i cant figure out if its a good or bad mood! (i would go for good)
sometimes we say 'to feel blue' = to be sad, upset - although im sure you wouldnt want to say you felt 'blue' in russian

also, i heard this song and its just various variations of orange this orange that (оранжевая мама, оранжевое сердце) any of you guys know who sang it?

Oranzhevoe nastroenie is a good mood.
For example, he sings something like this:
"I look like a new bus - I have the same smile - and just like it - orange mood"
Which actually sounds like:
"Я похож на новый Икарус - У меня такая же улыбка - И как у него - оранжевое настроение"
Икарус - is a type of bus, bright yellow color - almost like a school bus in America
I love this song!

It's just the song full of orange colour, nothing special, really!

Well, unless you are talking of the original song, sang by a girl, where she was drawing a picture of everything in orange and grown-up man told her it's a nonsense, blah-blah-blah...

Talking about song lyrics there's also апельсиновый свет, апельсиновый день and апельсиновые люди

But the song doesn't give much implication of what it means and whether it's good or bad except that "orange people" barely think about anything.

What about the famous Kraski:

By the way, one common Russian-made book-keeping software also have logo in yellow and orange...now i think it`s not without purpose...
