Hi all, can anybody translate this please:
никак не кину

Context please?

Context - my friend wrote that he had no money on his mobile phone, and ended the sentence with this.

Still unclear. Can you write here all the phrase?

Yeah, this is all of the message:
У меня нет денег на телефоне, никак не кину.

Он никак не может найти время/возможность, чтобы пополнить счет. (Не знаю, как это по-английски)

He is constantly forgetting (or can not find time or possibility) to place some money to the mobile phone account. Literally it is something like "I never put yet".
