I can't understand these words:
несогластна
увы
незапрещает
общатся.
The text I recieved:
А я с этим несогластна...мы никогда не встретимся:*
увы...я влюблена...но это незапрещает со мной общатся)

Correct spelling is "не согласна" instead of "несогластна", that means that she (by the context) does not agree with someone or something. "Увы" means alas. The same way correct spelling is "не запрещает" instead of "незапрещает" and "общаться" instead of "общатся". "Не запрещает" means "does not prohibit", "общаться" means "communicate" (verbatim).

Не согласна = [She] does not agree
Увы = alas, unfortunatly.
Не запрещает = [He, it] does not forbid/prohibit
Общаться = to assort with someone

А я с этим несогластна...мы никогда не встретимся:*
увы...я влюблена...но это незапрещает со мной общатся

And I don't agree with that... We shall never meet:
Alas! I'm in love. But this fact does not forbid to assort with me.

(And remember this girl/woman speaks terrible Russian, it's bad sign I guess)
