    "моо ассоциация международного права"

How would you translate this? Google says "Association of International Law".
Is that right? What does MOO mean?

You are welcome. "Право" means law. Just the ending is different and you need to say "права" because of the case. Ассоциация (кого, чего?) права

    Право:
    • Право — совокупность общеобязательных правил (норм), охраняемых силой государства.
    • Субъективное право — возможность конкретного лица по своему выбору совершить определённые действия либо воздержаться от их совершения. Я имею право общаться с моим сыном!

Just to let you know when you mean ''rights'' (in plural) you should say права. I have rights - у меня есть права.
    право - singular
    права - plural

Law can aslo be translated as "закон". It has more than several meanings. All depends on the context. In your case it means право.
