Thread: молоть чепуху

Can somebody please check this translation?
Thanks in advance.
I am unsure about "молоть чепуху" (grinde nonsense).
Maybe it means "shoot the breeze", "chit-chat".

Я подошел, невидимый со спины, и, улыбаясь, представлял, как трону ее сейчас за плечо, как она обернется и обрадуется, и мы вместе пойдем по улице, и она начнет молоть чепуху. Я уже протянул руку, но в последний момент почемуто вдруг смутился. Стоять с протянутой рукой было неловко, и я все же тронул ее за плечо.

I have approached, unseen from the back, and, smiling, represented, like I am now touching her on the shoulder as she will be wrapped up and will be delighted, and we together will walk along the street, and she will start to grind nonsense. I have already stretched a hand, but in the last moment because suddenly it was embarrassing. It was awkward to stand with a stretched hand, but nevertheless I touched her on the shoulder.

I came up to her, unseen from the back, and fancied with a smile the moment I touch her. She would turn round and rejoice. After, we both would walk along the street, and she would chit-chat. I have already stretched my arm, but something embarrssed me that very minute. I looked awkward standing with the stretched arm, so I finally toucher her shoulder.

улыбаясь, представлял = (I) fancied with a smile

она обернется = she will turn around
