    загадать

Can anyone explained me what the word загадать means in the following dialogue:

    - Забыл! - вдруг сказал Антон - Подождите секундочку.
Марина осталась ждать. "Если он купить цветы ..." - загадала она.

Here is a simple synonym of думать?

    There's a phrase "загадать желание" - "make a wish".
    "желание" is omitted.

Здесь это guessing with anticipation, например: Если он купит цветы..., то он меня любит.

    Если я хочу сказать:
"She guessed that he wouldn't call her, because last night, when he told her: "See you", his shy eyes were watching at the floor"

Она загадала, что он не позвонил ей, потому что последн(-им) вечер(-ом) , когда он сказал: "До свидания", его стеснительные глаза смотрели на пол.

No, in your example "guessed" should be translated as "она понимала, она догадывалась".
Она догадывалась, что он не позвонит ей (no sequence of tenses in Russian, so it should be future tense), потому что предыдущим вечером, когда он сказал ей: "До встречи", его застенчивый взгляд был направлен в пол.

    Thank you bublinka
Can you please provide me a more clear example of when to use загадать?

There are set expressions "загадать желание", "загадать загадку", "загадать число/слово/что-то" (used in games and magical tricks mostly), "загадывать на будущее" (I can imagine two ways to use this one: "Не загадывай на будущее!" and "Давай не будем загадывать." where the last one means the same but can be used without the word "будущее").
Also I would use this verb in constructions like "Я загадала, что если ...., то ...." with meaning that if smth happens, I will be sure that another smth happens (although I will have no reason to be sure exept my desire to have them). It is similar to your first example.
Например: Она загадала, что если он ей завтра позвонит, значит она и правда ему понравилась. In this example if he does call her, she will be sure that he likes her. He can call her for any other reason, but she chose the only one that she desired. So, the sense of desire is always present in all meanings mentioned above, exept for "загадать загадку" only.

On the same reasoning I consider the following dialogue:
    - I bought you a new gift.
    - What!!!
    - Make a guess! (Or simply: Guess!
    How will be guess here?
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.

I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.

I have excellent dictionaries but if I open the dictionary there are the following words: прорицать, предсказывать, угадывать, разгадывать.
The only way for me to find an answer to my question is to check in google translate all the words until I find them in the context I want.
I am using 5 dictionaries but it is extremely time consuming to find an answer. But usually here in the forum I asked about words that the answer of my two russian teachers don't satisfy me.

if I open the dictionary there are the following words: прорицать,
I thought there were a lot more words than those.

to check in google translate all the words until I find them in the context I want.
Bad idea, in my opinion. I do the same when I can't decide between words or phrases but I'm using plain google or "Correct English Search" instead of GT to find usage samples.
