Heh, by the way, Russians pronounce «следующий» without «ю» letter. Sounds like «следущий». At least in quick speech.

And also about the quotations that look like «следующий», do you use it when you write by hand too? Or is it just on the computer?

By hand I write quotations like „следующий”, and others I use only when typing.

„следующий”, is this how every person in Russia writes quotations when they write by hand? Do they do the same thing in Ukraine?

Yes, they teach children in schools to write quotation marks like that. Don't know about the Ukraine.

I'd like just to notice that больше and ещё are not interchangeable in the Russian sentence. Eщё would mean "I'll write something more", "I'll write something new about that" etc., but if you say "В следующий раз я напишу больше", it would mean "Next time I'll write more (than this time)", i.e. the amount of text you've just written will increase next time.

Thus, check what you have in mind.
