    Кахала?

What's that Russian Christmas song where the guy opens with a really serious voice and the women join in and they get higher and faster?

I only have the transliterated name: "Kahala".

    Thanks!

"Kahala" is not a Russian word, to begin with. Similar words, meaning "(she) loved' exist in Belorussian ("Кахала"), Ukranian ("Кохала") and Polish (kochała).

I have no idea what song you are talking about. Any chance of a sound file?
