Well, being as Mr. Moussaoui has pleaded guilty, the only matter now is whether he will be executed or spend the rest of his days in a federal supermax prison.

Sadly, I think not; they're probably have a one-hour "solitary exercise." Maybe that can be the prosecution's motto if they lose the death penalty case: "Needs more ass-pounding!"
