Thread: Привет и хауди!

Hey Russians and Russian learners alike!

I've been lurking here for quite some time and I thought it was high time that I joined. I've been studying Russian for about a year and a half now, but since my school doesn't teach Russian I've had to teach myself. It's been a very long and tedious practice, but thanks to the Penguin Russian Course book (and a lot of other reference books) I've made a bit of headway. I haven't been very intensive in my study habits recently, since I've hit the dreaded genitive case, so I decided to keep myself immersed and studying by joining this forum!

I'm excited to be here and can't wait to begin conversing with the greatest people that God has put on this earth!

So here is the first correction:

исправьте

How ironic! Thanks!

Or you could say "исправляйте" to imply ongoing or repeating action. But in this general context either form works well.
