Nobody has discussed the last sentence. I think it can correctly be puncuated two ways, depending on what the sentence means.
1) He said, "I’ll come soon".
2) He said I’ll come soon. (no change)
Let's say that "He" is Joe. If "he" is named Joe, and Joe is saying that Joe will come soon, then you need the quotation marks. But if I am speaking, and I am telling you that Joe said that I will come soon, then you do not need the quotation marks. In other words, omitting the pronouns.
1) Joe said, "Joe will come soon."
2) Joe said Platinum will come soon.
