studying russian at university in uk
hello, i'm studying a-levels in uk incl. german and french but am interested in russain as alternative to french, something different and fascinating? if anyone is studying russain at uni let me know what is most difficult and what the year abroad is like :D

Year abroad...? not all Universities offer such a thing, I don't think. The optional language Russian unit in the second year of my course doesn't offer any trips, I'd just get 10 credit points for it. Infact I don't think the main course offers one either.
Russian as an alternative to french... the word different is putting it lightly and that includes any trips.
