    Я думал так: It's I (who is painted) on that picture .... В какой-то книге я прочел что это правильный вариант.
    On the picture - Я видел что можно сказать In picture 6 we can see...

    Когда ты что-нибудь видишь, всегда думай, может быть этот текст написан неграмотным китайцем. Я видел также и at the picture. Далеко не все англоязычные тексты, что мне попадались в моей переводческой практике (а занимаюсь я этим уже 4 года) можно было назвать образцами грамотности. Грешат неграмотностью (к сожалению, как и мы) и носители языка.
