    Russian Morning Exercises (Old school)

You know the old morning exercises that old people did under the soviet times in front of the radio or more modernly, TV? I am looking for a recording of either the audio or a video. Oh and the the funnier the better. Strange request, I know.

I didn't realise that those excercizes were done in real life! I read some of "1984" and the people in that book do excercizes in front of their TV's. That's interesting!! (and something perhaps we could use now...)

A small correction, they did their exercises infront of their telescreen that was more of a mirror connected to the Big brother network than a TV...

Maybe because the book is bigger than War and Peace - the extended version?

The one where Alec Baldwin is trying to save the world from Stephen Baldwin, while William Baldwin is having an affair with him?

Depends what font it is in. I have a 2pt font version, and it is reduced to only 4 pages!

Old School TV fitness would be Jack LaLane. Black & White 50's-70's TV to keep capitalist housewives fit during the Cold War.
He sells juicers on an infomercial now.
I'm easily amused late at night...

You read war and peace? to say the truth, I hate this novel. I was made to read it when i was going to school, and the whole class wanted to be hung to a limb of a tree instead of reading it!! We used to say that this novel should have never been written!!!
(I like to read "12 chairs" or "the gold calf" - these novels are among the best books I've ever red!!!)

Actually, not just that. That spry old bastard is still fitter than me and 99% of the population -- every once in a while he does the Today show or whatever and kicks whatever-Couric-clone-that-is-in-that-day's arse.
