But I would think as a last resort there must be some kind of service get your dog on board a flight. I assume you have asked the airline companies.

Thank you for the comparison. This is ideology and with a religious overtone. These peoople are very far from understanding nature and ignorant in biology. THey are also similar to religious right of USA. Both are anti science by ideological reasons. Animal rightists tell us:
"Do not use animals for expermental testing. They have soul..."
Religious right tells us:"Do not use embryo tissue for researhc, it has soul... ".

Not necessarily. It might survive 18 hours' flight in the cargo department. I can't believe that a puppy can be put toghether with the rest of the luggage. It would die as soon as any plane would take off!
