    Hello,
    On this site here:

    Learn Russian in Moscow - Russian Language Schools

    is a listing for the school:

    Russian Language Centre - MSU which links to Study Russian in Moscow State University — Learn Russian in Moscow

    is that really a part of the Moscow State University? If not, what is it?

    Seems like it's not since the official МГУ web-site domen seems to be "msu.ru", which makes more sense because it's Moscow State University. I can't say for sure though, more investigation is needed.
    I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
    If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.
