W, size D
J, ты лучшая буква в мире! Я молюсь тебе каждое утро!
Я попытался создать такой опрос о русских буквах, но это невозможно, так как в русском языке слишком много букв!
I like the letters that contain checks.
q )
I'm going with 'q' too.
Why Q? It doesn't do anything that KW couldn't do. Maybe thats why there isn't one in russian. We have several redundant letters I'd like to get rid of. Q, X, and C to name a few.
i like 'j' and 'd'
Capital Q
It is harder to think of English words that start with X though, and only takes up 1.25 pages in the dictionary.
Cyrillic I like Ж
I agree with you. I like that one because it looks like a butterfly. And besides, in the font the poll is posted in, I find none of the letters pleasing.Quote:

"L", because London starts with "L", and I Love London :D
And also "F" cause I like the sound, my cat sometimes says "Fffffffff!"

The coolest letter is "o" without a shadow of a doubt.
O is the perfect letter, it can be seen from all angles and still be identified with no problem. The perfect roundness of a circle is always fascinating. It is also the only (or at least one of the very few) letters that resemble real life objects, like an eye! or a ball!
O "o", how I love you!
In Hebrew O is an S (in certain fonts at least :P )Quote:

I chose my letter before reading the posts in this thread.
I was going to choose "A", but I figured everybody would choose "A" because it is the first letter in the alphabet. So I chose "J".
I was suprised nobody chose "A".
My favorite Russian letter is "Ж". It looks like a spider and sounds cool.
Моя любимая русская буква "ы" потому что принимает вид двух букв.
That's really nice!Quote:

That's why the really stupid kids in Russian class say "tibl" instead of "ты".Quote:

I don't understand half of em. I don't remember the rest...
*Along these lines, my teacher liked a font where б and д looked a lot alike. Which lead to me frequently saying things like... бл* тебя.
This is very close to life indeed! :lol:Quote:

Eventually, all letters wherever they come from were born like a symbols meaning or featuring something - at least some of them.
my choice is X.
Cuz "mr. X", or int X=1; and such stuff :)
A is for Amy, who fell down the stairs

J is for James who took lye by mistake
http://www.wishville.co.uk/gorey/images/j.jpg
M is for Maude, who was swept out to sea

Edward Gorey was an artist that lived near me. He was a very strange man, but that is what an artist is. His house is part of the "Historical Society of Olde Yarmouth". He made a really twisted alphabet book, these are the images I know of on-line. Here is the last thing fom the site I have been swining....

That should take care of copyrights etc....
Historical Society of Olde Yarmouth = http://www.hsoy.org/
And yes, I will show you (98% of MR people) around the Cape if you ask nicely and pay for gas and food.
WOW!YES!
B, of course.
Is it a B? Is is a V? Is it a в? Or ar b, or maybe a ь? And if you write six of them, do they become б?
Intriguing and mysterious. I like that.
It's almost as good as dark and handsome......

It starts some hits, as Hung Up, Hey Ya, Heaven etc, and some names of smart, famous and cult people: myself , Harrison Ford etc, exception made to Hillary Duff (argh).
And from cyrillic I like Б, for it looks like an iron, and Ф, because it's very beautiful handwritten.

It looks like stairs, doesn't it? And h seems like an old cyrillic letter (as well as an upside down Ч ).
YEH, go J! People vote for J, not that stupid letter Q!
