Cyrillic-Phonetic Keyboard layout
I think I understand what you mean by having the sounds matched up on the keyboard; I have the same setup on my PC. Try the directions on this link: http://www.amherst.edu/it/software/lang ... d2000.html . This adds a different keyboard layout (the phonetic one) and makes a minor registry change to make that the default Cyrillic keyboard.
One word of advice, though. It helped me a lot at first to learn by phonetics, but over time it made things more difficult because I was used to a non-standard layout. So when I'd switch to my mac or used my friends' computers, I was REALLY confused as to where the keys were.
But anyhow, I hope it helps. Good luck!
