If you are using Windows you don't need to download Russian fonts, they are already on Windows, you just have to install them (you don't even need the installation disk if you are on XP or Vista). You need to go to Control Panel > Regional and Language setting > Keyboards/Keyboard layouts > Change keyboards

It's hard to explain because I don't know what version of windows you're using. Try using your Windows Help.
