Has anyone taken both TRKI-2 and -3 and can compare them?
I prepared for TRKI-2 a year or so ago, but I never got around to actually writing the test. Now I'm thinking about taking the test this summer.
Looking at the example tests, TRKI-3 doesn't seem that much harder than TRKI-2. Maybe I should just study some more and go straight for the third level?
Any experiences or opinions?
I have the first level certificate already. I found the test easy, but my mind blanked a few time during the speaking part where you have to come up with spontaneous answers quickly. I think that will be a problem for me, regardless of level.

I haven't taken any of them. What did you use to study for the first test? What recommendations for the 1st test do you have?

I was already preparing for the second level at that time, so I didn't really study for it, except for looking through an example test ( http://www.testrf.ru/pdf/1ser.pdf ) Something like this book: http://www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/1076060/ , with lots of example tests, would be helpful if you need more practice.
Signing up for a a few lessons to prepare with a Russian teacher who is familiar with the test and the grading standards is the best option, in my opinion.
