But my sister wants to make a nick, but it would be on the same computer, would that be okay? Or would that be against the rules?

Another person on the same computer should be OK. After all, IP is not the only sign of who owns an account.

I don't really know about running forums but I do believe nonetheless that one of the rules must be that posts in all the categories, especially General Discussion should in English and/or Russian ONLY
That's just me.
"С чий очи сънувам, чий е този лик обречен?
Смъртен глас ми се причува и отеква с вик далечен
Как да зърна да погледна, чуждий образ да прегърна,
на лицето ми студено грях в надежда да превърна.."
Except where stated otherwise

That's pretty much how it is now. Some posts in Russian are fine since this is the Russian language forum. Other languages are not allowed except for the specific sections.

I just found this today...I'm not saying I agree with the people who break the rules and post in Spanish or any other language not specified, I support that rule completely actually. You come here for a reason and I think it's safe to say that the original reason was more or less Russian-not anything else. But I have to say that reading some of the last posts by you guys was incredibly offensive and sounded more racist than anything. Maybe a rule should be "Watch what you say since this isn't F2F and things may be taken the wrong way." If I am completely wrong about this, I apologize and let me know. Maybe I just read wrong. That is just how the posts were read. Still a good rule, though.
Я тебя люблю , большой монстр!
I dunno, I don't think the statements were racist or derogatory. I think the point they were trying to make is that this is a Russian/English forum. I think people are tired of seeing Spanish (language) in here all the time. I can understand that. If that offends a person, they probably shouldn't be in a forum, cause you'll get much worse than that.
In the words if some comedian (I forget who, and the quote may be off a little):
"Why do you have to have 'Puerto Rican Day' in New York City? I got nothing against Puerto Ricans, I hope they all go 2-for-4 with a double. If you want to have 'Puerto Rican Day', go to Puerto Rico. EVERY DAY is 'Puerto Rican Day' in Puerto Rico!"
I just always that that was a funny quote. If you can correct the wording, go ahead.

The rules are clear.
but ..
10 - Never use ALL CAPS in posts unless you intend to show that you are shouting.
This is too ... strict, isn't it.
Can't you stress your point with CAPS?!
Yes, you can use caps to stress a point or mark a header within a post. It will be considered selective caps, not all caps. This rule applies to posts written fully or primarily in capital letters.Originally Posted by desmondau
