Thread: Does Anyone Like the Music I Listen To???

I like most Russian music, particularly Russian rock like Splin, DDT, Krematoriy, ZEMFIRA , Chaif, Zveri, Bi-2, Chicherina, Agata Kristy, Sektor Gaza and of course the always-awesome Leningrad. I'm just getting into Nogu Svelo and Alisa as well. In addition to rock, i like some Russian pop (but mostly classic-ish stuff like Leonid Agutin, Alla Pugachyova and even Valery Meladze) Oh yeah, I LOOOVVVEE Russkiy Razmer and Prof. Lebedinskiy. They are my heroes. I dug up a Soyuz 21 CD with a collaboration between them, and ever since then...I've been obsessed. Sure, most of these musicians have nothing to do with each other, but it's what I like.

Just wondering...does anyone here listen to any of the bands/musicians I've listed here? Or any Russian rock, pop or techno?

Of course, I heard some of them.
Zemfira is a favorite singer of many Russian girls) But I also like Юта, Йолка and many others.

Well, if you're interested, I don't like most Russian music, particularly Russian rock and Russian pop (especially classic-ish).

From the ones above, Zveri and Bi-2 are the main ones I listen to.

But, I've only heard a small sample of Russian music, what I've listened to so far I like.

I like Чичерина a lot and the lastest album of Би-2.

I like Alisa.

Could be taste bad or wrong concerning music/movies/etc?

I've listened to Zemfira before, but I dont have much access to Russian music living in the U.S I like larica chernikova and tatyana bulanova

if you have the internet, you have good access. you can stream entire albums at russiandvd.com, and russianbeat.com sells cds that (while not as cheap as in russia) are pretty inexpensive. and it's pretty easy to find streaming audio of russian radio broadcasts.
