Maybe my English fails me, but I think your translation of the last phrase is incorrect. It depends on the context, of course, but I think here it's just a polite way to ask...

Пешком это займёт больше времени.
Both future tense. Present tense - "занимает".

b) Вы не можете туда...

А: Вы живёте в Москве?
Б: Да, уже два года. А _ Bы?
А: Я из Москвы, но сейчас я живу в Петербурге. ("я" is not necessary, but it's not wrong either)
Б: Вам там нравится?
А: Да, _ очень...

Там есть что посмотреть? – Is there a lot to see?

Я часто должен ездить. – I often have to travel.
Там сейчас плохая погода. – Over there, now, it’s _ bad weather.
