    maoka,Привет!

I can totally understand your Russian. Do you mind I still write in English? It's easier for me to type in English...
I met a friend in Moskva, he left 2 phone numbers 891-5313****, 849-5390****. He told me that one number is his cell phone.
But when I called from USA 011+7+891-5313****, I failed. Another number, failed either.

I met another friend on a train. He left 2 numbers 8903251**** and 8914448**** . I don't know how to make a call.

Can you tell me if I was correct to dail these number starting with 7 + 89... ?

Are these numbers belong to Moscow area?

If you can dail these number for me I can email you or message you all numbers.

    Thanks a lot!

Try to remove the first 8 from the numbers, looks like it's just a prefix to call from Russia.
Please, correct my mistakes, except for the cases I misspell something on purpose!

    Thank you Basil77
I called these 4 numbers. Failed with 2 numbers. Only one number is answered. However, a lady says she doesn't know my friend. She speaks in Russian, I think your suggestion is right. I still have one number to try. Nobody answer the phone when I called.

There is also some info that might help you:

    prefix - 495 (or 499) - 7 digits - Moscow stationary phone number.

    prefix - 903 - 7 digits - BeeLine mobile phone number.

    prefix - 915 - 7 digits - MTS mobile phone number.
Please, correct my mistakes, except for the cases I misspell something on purpose!

    Basil77,Thanks a lot!
Actually I concern about the riot in Moscow. How about now?
I hope my friends are not there.

Nobody answer the phone due to time difference. Maybe I called too early to him. I have to go to bed when Moscow starts morning.
Can you help me to call? I send the last phone number to you by message.

Hello Leon. My name is Dmitry. I'm from Yekaterinburg.
If you remember names of friends, surnames, ages and places of their studies we can go some another way.
We'll try to find them through Russian social networks such as Одноклассники.ru and В Контакте | Добро пожаловать.
