Hi, nice to meet you here!
There's a whole bunch of sources, actually, and which one you choose depends on what you like to do the most: to listen, to watch, to speak or just to read.
So rt.com, busuu.com, vk.com and, of course, masterrussian.com can became your bookmarks in browser.

Hi and Welcome Nick!
Well, one of the MR's best members (Medved), suggested me these:
And they were amazing and useful, hope it helps you too!Russian step by step

5. Endings of adjectives according to the gender
6. Simple phrases like "Он крутой мачо" or "Она забавная девушка"
7. Cases
8. Changing stuff according to cases aka "крутой мачо", "крутого мачо", "крутому мачо", etc
9. Verbs, changing verbs according to genders, like"Она идёт по ровной дороге", "Они идут по ровной дороге", etc
10. Tenses, like "Она шла по ровной дороге""Они шли по ровной дороге"

"Мачо" - неудачное слово, оно не склоняется.
Thanks everyone I really appreciate the advice!
Oh and by any chance would anyone have any advice about how to study it? I mean any tips on how to help memorize and retain the information? Thanks again
How to study it?
Well, you can cast a magic spell, or use your language learning amulet
Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.
Seriously, how come you don't know how to memorize words and stuff?
1. You can repeat a word several times to memorize it, then repeat the set of repetitions again in a week.
2. You can find a word which sounds similarly in your native language to the word in question (щит (shield) - sh!t
and think up funny phrases like "sh!tty щит"
3. You can resort to pictures
4. Read as much as you can. At first you will stumble on unknown words/grammatic patterns but over time if you work them out, it'll be easier and easier. The good news is that you will learn words in context, so that a word links to a situation in mind, which helps memorize grammar and vocab, and in sentences, showing how to connect the word to other words, how to use it in a sentence.
5. Practice creating your own sentences. When you compose sentences, you develop your active vocabulary, as opposed to the passive vocabulary, which works when you perceive information, not when you compose it.
6. Find a native speaker to talk with.
