So never having heard of your area of SA, I looked it up and found it is a great surfing area and it led me to the thought that no one is truly happy with what they have. You seem to be in a beach area that doesn't get much above 80 and you want to move to Russia where it is always cold and snowy! Do I have that correct??

No, you are wrong. Russia is just too big to have the same temperature everywhere.

Yes, yes... You all have taught me that and if I could have a house right where that photo was taken with the pretty yellow flowers and close the sea... I would probably move there ASAP and have you come with me to be my personal language teacher

But it seems that our Mr. South African wants SNOW after living at the beach all these years. I personally think he sound test drive before buying.
