All I could find is a WEBrip of this film and it's 702x304

So I don't think there is even a 720p rip of this movie out there. At least not yet.

As for the subtitles, the film is a fresh one. Not much time off the movie theaters. Russian movie makers usually don't even bother providing the Russian subtitles for their films, not to mention the English ones. So unless some crazy fan would come up with them you're out of luck
