    Reccomendations

    Hi everyone, I am looking for recommendations for Russian movies (hopefully I can find them with English subtitles)

    I am particularly interested in movies about Russian Mafia, Chechnya or Afghanistan (sorry, I'm a boy, I like that kind of stuff)

    Take a look at these selections:

    "Кавказский Пленник", a wartime drama.

    "9 рота", which has a mixed reception, but is more closely aligned to your interests.

    "Александра", a drama set in Chechnya.

    "Ширли-мырли", for comic relief.
