Here is my recording. I don't know what kind of intonation you wanted to listen to, so I recorded those two congratulations as if there were common phrases. Well, I mean that I didn't try to make my voice sound as if I'm really congratulating someone. If you like, I could make another recording with a more genuine intonation. It's not a problem for me.
