Thread: Frolovka Settlement?

Hello, my name is Christen. My boyfriend, Roma, is originally from Vladivostok but was adopted to the USA about eleven years ago. We're on a mission to relocate his father, but it's difficult since he has forgotten most of his language!

Does anyone know anything about a place called : "Frolovka Settlement"? In, what at least sounds like, Eartizansky District. Now we're not sure whether this place is in Russia or in the Ukraine, but this is the only information we have as to any place where his father has lived.

If anyone has any information on this place, please let me know!

Thank you! That's definitely something to go on. We are hopefully going to send letters out to different government buildings/churches/orphanages/hospitals to try to locate his father... so every little bit of help is... extraordinary.
