Sorry for my english, its not well (:
I can help somebody to learn russian.

my little story: im from Moscow, 28, i have study english at school and university, but not well... and i havnt more practice, im havnt realy intresting it.
But sometimes i became a fan of british sitcom "The IT Crowd"! ((: All 3d season of it i seen what way: just new episode appear at the net, i see it on english. And only later in translation, as it possible.
So, now i realy want to unserstand all english humor (:

I'm itself badly know English, but imo at the left there is a denying, and had corrected it on the statement.

Я и сам плохо знаю английский, но по-моему слева стоит отрицание, а исправили его на утверждение.

И еще одно замечание. Говорить "понимать русскую музыку" не совсем правильно. Правильно "понимать русские песни".
Песни = songs.
Музыка = music.
