Pen-pal to help me learn Russian!

Hello, all!

I would like help learning Russian...starting with square one: the alphabet! I have studied English at an "Honors" level at my university, and studied about five years of German.

I have made a friend in Ulyanovsk province/state (?), and I would like to be able to communicate with him better--in his language. (He's studied some English, so we are not doing too badly.)
